Individual Therapy:  For individuals who would like to discuss concerns related to depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, parenting, sexuality, and workplace stress.

 

Couples Therapy:  For couples that would like to work together to improve their communication skills, resolve differences more effectively, discuss parenting issues, address sexuality, or work toward amicably ending the relationship.

 

Family Therapy: For families who would like to resolve conflicts within the family system, learn to communicate more effectively, and cope with stage of life transitions. This form of treatment is useful for nuclear families, single parent families, blended families and step-families.

 

Child/Adolescent Therapy: For children/adolescents who need an neutral place to discuss concerns related to school, friends, family, divorce, life transitions, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. Child and Adolescent therapy can be a useful place to teach coping skills, social skills, and anxiety management. This form of treatment may utilize talk therapy, as well as play therapy. This is determined by what is the most useful to your individual child.

 

Grief Recovery Certified Specialist: This form of therapy is designed to specifically aide people who are struggling with grief and loss. Grief can take the form of the end of a relationship, death of a family member, friend or pet, or feelings of loss of dreams, hope and expectations.
